PDF won't download

If your pay stub PDF didn't download or won't open, these steps fix the most common causes.

Quick checks

  1. Confirm the purchase completed — look for the receipt email. If you don't have it, the payment may not have gone through.
  2. Allow pop-ups / downloads for the site in your browser.
  3. Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
  4. Disable ad blockers temporarily — some block file downloads.

Still stuck?

  • Check your browser's Downloads folder; the file may have saved silently.
  • Make sure you have a PDF viewer installed.
  • Clear your browser cache and try again.

The file opens blank or corrupted

This is usually an interrupted download. Re-download the stub from your order history. If it persists, it may be a temporary issue on our side.

If none of these work, contact support with your order number and the browser you're using, and we'll sort it out — see also Request a refund if you were charged but never received your stub.
