We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a stub didn't come out right, we're glad to help.

When a refund applies

Refunds are typically issued when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same stub.
  • A technical issue prevented you from downloading your PDF.
  • The stub had an error caused by the tool rather than the entered data.

How to request one

Email support@oakpaystubs.com with:

  1. The email address on your account.
  2. The order or receipt number from your confirmation email.
  3. A short description of what went wrong.

We review refund requests promptly and respond within one business day.

Tip: Always use the live preview to check your stub before downloading — it helps avoid mistakes that would otherwise need a re-do.
