When a refund applies
Refunds are typically issued when:
- You were charged more than once for the same stub.
- A technical issue prevented you from downloading your PDF.
- The stub had an error caused by the tool rather than the entered data.
How to request one
Email support@oakpaystubs.com with:
- The email address on your account.
- The order or receipt number from your confirmation email.
- A short description of what went wrong.
We review refund requests promptly and respond within one business day.
Tip: Always use the live preview to check your stub before downloading — it helps avoid mistakes that would otherwise need a re-do.
